As part of Group X Training Ltd commitment to equal opportunities, we aim to ensure that everyone can successfully access learning and we aim to offer support needed by learners with special needs such as learning difficulties, medical, educational or language needs in order to make their learning experience worthwhile.Support could be having a signer available or handouts copied in extra large print for the visually impaired or it may just be having a friend or support worker attend the class with you so they can help.If you feel we can do anything to assist you please contact Jayne Nicholls (020) 8488 1451 prior to the start of the course.

This organisation is committed to:

• The active promotion of equality of opportunity to oppose unlawful or unfair discrimination of any kind and specifically discrimination in respect of age, disability, unrelated criminal convictions, gender, marital status, race, religion and sexual orientation.
• Encouraging our candidates and staff to maximise their individual potential through the promotion of our equality of opportunity statement.
• Recruiting candidates and staff that reflect the diverse community we serve.
• Valuing the individual contributions of all candidates and staff and treating everyone with respect and dignity, providing an environment free from unlawful or unfair discrimination, harassment or victimisation.
• Promoting equality of opportunity to provide our candidates with work experience and work placements.
• Increasing access to education and training; raising achievement levels; promoting social inclusion; identifying individual needs and responding to them; challenging stereotypical ideas about roles and expectations
